Skype 6.1 will fit directly into Outlook

Sous OS X, the improvements are not necessarily numerous. Note the compatibility and functionality Click to Call with Safari. Browser users can then click directly on phone numbers and make calls with Skype (if they have credits). The profile view has in turn been modified to give a clearer and faster access to account management. Finally, a bug integration with Growl notifications has been corrected. Version 6.1 for Windows is more substantial, starting with Skype integration in Outlook. In theory, if an email sent to you from a contact whose address is stored in the Skype profile, you can check the status from Outlook: From there, it will be possible to send instant messages or directly from calling. We say "in theory" because in practice, despite our repeated attempts, we have not got to test this functionality. We use Outlook 2013, but the release notes clearly state that the 2010 and 2013 drafts are supported. If you test this integration and that you are able to use it, do not hesitate to let us know. The Add a contact in turn been revised. Now, simply run a search with the usual field, as if you wanted a contact from your list. If it does not exist, Skype will automatically offer a link to search the directory service. It suffices then to choose the proposals listed. This avoids placing of a panel dedicated research, even if it still exists. Finally, Skype 6.1 for Windows also benefits from the new profile page found in version Mac.Téléchargements-Skype Skype 6.1 for Windows, OS X PCInpact.comL Find this article on the evolution of the share of OS on PC INpact from 6.1 2009Skype wants to integrate directly into OutlookUne MP Manuel Valls questions about leaks file STIC
